ABOUT ME

Frances  White is a Literary Agent that resides in Hollywood, Florida.

She chose the name WestEndGirl for her agency, in part due to her Carribean heritage and her love for the song "West End Girls" by the Pet Shop Boys.

She is most interested in fiction that has a strong sense of plot, character and voice. From literary novels to general fiction she is open to most any kind of story so long as it engages the reader from the start and keeps the pages turning whether marveling at the language, parachuting into battle, or sleuthing with a detective it must captivate the minds eye.

The nonfiction projects she is most interested in has strong writing, exclusive access to first-hand source materials, or a singular voice-driven style. These projects range across subjects like journalism, history, sports, pop-reference, humor and narrative journalism in current and military affairs.

She was the  agent for  author J. Leigh's first book WayWalkers: Tangled Paths published by Indie press, Red Adept Publishing. It is currently being sold on Amazon.com under Sci/Fi Fantasy.

She is actively looking for new clients in all areas of fiction and non-fiction.
